Even though crush is getting underway, it doesn't mean the brewers can't get out to play. Come to Big Al Brewing to get a tour of the newest brewery out in White Center. Big Al's bought Pacific Rim and started brewing about two years ago. They've now got well over 100 accounts across the sound. So come out for a quick break from work and get a behind the scenes look at a brewery that truly embodies the homebrew spirit.
At the meeting we will taste the batch-sparge beer we brewed a few months back and talk about an upcoming cider making opportunity. We'll also pick an entry for the strong ale AHA club-only competition so bring a strong ale if you have one. And if there is anything else you've brewed recently that you'd like to share or get feedback on, bring it along!
