May Malbec – May 21st 7pm Woodinville
One of the traditional "Bordeaux varietals", Malbec has characteristics that fall
somewhere between Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A midseason ripener, it can bring very deep color, ample tannin, and a particular plum-like flavor component to add complexity to claret blends.
Explore Argentina and Washington Malbec at Fortunato, the new Woodinville wine bar/shop run by Rudy, who previously owned Country Cottage wine shop in Bothell.

17410 133rd Ave NE
Woodinville, WA 98072 - parking garage next door on the north side.

Thank you to Brad Sherman for arranging this.
We would most especially like to try Malbecs created by you, so please bring a bottle of yours! If you have a Malbec that you would like to include in this event, please contact Kathryn Chalfan by May 14th so we can include yours in our pairing plan.
