1.     Post Fermentation Analysis & Winemaking Discussion with Steve Foisie 

Steve Foisie will discuss analytical practices common to this time frame in the maturation cycle of wine and will discuss adjustments. The benefit to the membership is tasting wines from the membership. We would like to taste and discuss clubmember wines [, plus a commercial wine from one of our sources for some comparison of winemaking styles/techniques?]. PLEASE: bring a bottle or two from your past few vintages...

2.     Your input on topics which the board will address in December. 

·         Our new storage/crush facility at Snoqualime Ridge Storage: any feedback on its pros or cons? any questions? 

·         What lower-cost viable storage options exist? To be considered, the options must be sufficiently developed for a trade study. 

- in general, any input on what attributes we should be looking for in a storage/crush facility option?

·         Fair method to allocate rental costs.  90% of the equipment is used for winemaking. 

·         Officer nominations Time will be limited so if you have input on these topics, please send it to me by November 12th and I will try to organize it.
