A three-fer for sure. A tasting & discussion of classic dessert wines (e.g. Sauterne, Port) as well as some lesser known. Plus Steve Foisie will provide a dessert winemaking DIY presentation plus serve a couple of his homemade dessert wines. Plus Elena Smirnov will provide some food pairing tastes with each wine. AND club-alum Brad Sherman will pour and discuss the winemaking of one of his Michael Florentino Cellars dessert wines. Make that 4-fer.
