Joe Mirowski held a Beer Class at his house October 2 at noon.
The class went fantastic, three people from the BEWBC showed up. He had six other friends there as well, it was quite a party, with perfect weather (without any smoke). Joe along with three other experienced beer makers showed them the beer making process up to the start of fermentation. We of course described the rest of the steps to get to the finished product.
