The club's historical files and current files for business like grape procurement are kept on a Google Drive under the username below.  They've been copied from the server share inside Boeing to this shared club Google email account.  They are stored under the BEWBC folder.  4/24/2022

This shared account is also used for checking out equipment from the Kent facility.

Please note that if the password for this account is changed, that needs to be reflected in the "BEWBC Storage Trailer Location and Access Information" document and vice versa.

How to Access Club Historical Files

1.  Open a browser and go to www.google.com
2.  Login to the club's shared Google account in the upper right corner of the Google screen using the username password below.
    UserName:  bewbcequip
    Password:   Checkout15   (case sensitive)
3.  Navigate to the drive by opening Google Apps, and click on the drive icon.

4.  At the Google drive screen, be sure to click on the My Drive file explorer to the left.  From here you should be able to explore the files in the BEWBC folder.
