Featuring:
- "Classically Styled" commercial wines
- Cote Rotie (Syrah), Oregon Pinot Noir (Belle Pente - Murto Vineyard),
German Riesling, tbd other (possibly a Bordeaux Cab/Merlot) - Club wines - please bring your wine to share if you like
- Winemaking discussion - less ripe / cool year wines
- Harvest 2010 - how did it go? lessons learned w/new facility?
Greetings, We have just about wrapped up the 2010 Crush activities with the accompanying challenges of
- Crushing at a new location - Snoqualmie Ridge Storage
- A late harvest , with less ripe fruit, lower sugar, higher acid
General
- Kevin Neal and Joe Sikora will lead us through a discussion of our experiences with the 2010 fruit and experiences/lessons learned related to the 2010 harvest.
Food:
- Bring some wine to share
- The Club will provide light snack & some commercial wine
Activities:
- Enjoy sampling each other's wine and socializing
