Introduction to Wine Making 
August 24, 10am to 3pm (Lynnwood)

During the class you’ll learn about the process and equipment for making premium wine from grapes grown here in Washington. 

During the class we will discuss the major steps and decisions required to make quality wine. Following the class the students have the opportunity to acquire grapes and proceed through the entire winemaking process in parallel with the rest of the class. 

The Boeing Employee Wine and Beer Club has mentors that will assist you through fermentation aging and bottling your premium wine
