In order to help people get around the limited entry windows for the two local fairs, we are doing a coordinated drop-off and pick-up of entries down at Larry's Brewing Supply.  For the Evergreen State Fair, you can drop off entries until August 1st.  For the Western Washington Fair, you can drop off your beer and wine entries down at Larry's from now until August 15^th.  Please make sure you note which competition they are for.   You will probably need to complete a fair entry form when you get there so please make sure to do that.

For the Western Washington Fair, the entry fee is $3.00.  Make checks payable to WWF.  Go check the fair website at http://www.thefair.com/ for entry requirements.

For those able to drop off their entries at the Western Washington Fair, the entry window on Saturday, August 16^th, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Entries will be brought to the Restaurant Building inside the Red Gate at the Western Washington Fairgrounds.  Parking is available on the street or at any of the parking lots in the area.

For beer entries, entries are limited to no more than one per subcategory.  An entry will consist of three bottles (11-12 oz) of brown glass.  Attach an AHA Bottle Identification Form to each bottle with a rubber band.  You must also complete an AHA Entry/Recipe Form.  These forms are available at http://www.bjcp.org/.
