Also, grape ordering deadline for Corvus vineyard has been extended: March 15th deadline for Corvus Mourvedre and March 23rd deadline for Corvus Cabernet Sauvignon. 

To order grapes:

1. Log in to website www.bewbc.org
2. Renew your membership if not already - SEE INSTRUCTIONS AT EMAIL AT BOTTOM
3. Place orders - SEE INSTRUCTIONS AT EMAIL AT BOTTOM
4. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from "GOOGLE FORMS"

**Open Enrollment - Open enrollment period is when any order placed for a vineyard/varietal will have equal priority to other orders for that vineyard/varietal.  If the orders exceed available grapes or if there are shortages at harvest time, those shortages will be spread among open enrollment orders in an equitable manner.  Those who order after open enrollment have lower priority and will not get grapes if the vineyard has sold out or will have lower priority if there are shortages at harvest time (i.e. will be impacted first).  You can still place orders after open enrollment but run the risk of not getting what you want.  PLUS it is helpful for the club and our standing with our vineyards to order as early as possible.

Hi BEWBC club members.  It is time to renew your membership and order grapes.  There are big changes/improvements to the club's website so PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BELOW.

First, you must be an active member so make sure to renew your membership online.  Due for 2018 are $35.  Just go www.bewbc.org, log in using your existing profile, and renew!  It is nice and easy with online payment and it will take effect immediately (offline payment options are available but it will cause a delay).

GRAPE ORDERING (open enrollment) time period:

• Corvus Vineyard:       Opens today and Closes Friday, March 15^th for Mourvedre and March 23rd for Cabernet Sauvignon (ENDS EARLY)
• All other Vineyards:   Opens Saturday, March 10th and Closes Saturday, March 31st 

Note- You can place orders after open enrollment closes however those orders have less priority than orders placed during open enrollment in the event of grape shortage at harvest. 

All open enrollment orders have equal priority.

PRICING:  2018 pricing for Corvus isn’t 100% firm but will be similar to last year.  Pricing on the remaining vineyards is still in work but will likely be similar to last year as well.  Please be flexible with any price increase made during open enrollment; you’ll have an opportunity to cancel or change your order.

ORDER GRAPES using the website system, same as last year.  Please note that our ordering process uses Google Forms.  Boeing firewalls block access to Google Forms so you must access registration from a personal computer or mobile device (you shouldn't be ordering from work anyhow!) If you log into Google before submitting your order, you'll be able to access it later!
