2025 WineFest is just around the corner! Mark your calendars for this year’s WineFest on August 9th. The judging starts at noon with a social at 3pm.
This letter is your invitation to participate in this event, and includes important information you need to know, like entry requirements, drop-off locations and contacts to name a few. Your Board and fellow club members are eager to try your wine and share theirs!
WineFest 2023 Details
Date: Saturday, August 9, 2025
Time: Judging begins: 12:00 PM
Members social and Awards: 3:00 – later

This year all wines must be entered and dropped off at one of our drop-off locations by August 2nd. We will not be able to accept any wines after these deadlines so please register now! As a reminder, we are allowing wines entered in previous Winefests, even those that have won category awards. Sorry, but no previous “Best in Show” winners are allowed. Please take a few minutes to register if you haven’t yet, log in, and enter your wines at the following website: http://bewbc.org/winefest. Further information for entering your wines can be found at the bottom of this invitation.

Wine Entry Registration:
Go to https://bewbc.org/winefest/. Make sure to register and log in as an entrant at the top of the page. You may use a previous year’s registration to log in.
Once you are registered you will be able to enter your wines by logging in and selecting “use the add an entry form” on the Home page. Fill out the form with your entry name and information. To specify the style or category of your entry, select the Style dropdown list and select Syrah, Merlot, Red Blend, Cabernet, Chardonnay, White Blend, etc. In the “Requirements for this Style” textbox, enter the percentages of ingredients, e.g. 75% Cabernet, 25% Merlot, and the Vintage, e.g. 2017. Please ignore any beer specific information on the form.
Once your entries are entered, you can pay for your entries and print your labels. From your account page, you must click the checkbox next to an entry to print it’s label. Attach your labels to your wine bottles and deliver them to a drop off location prior to the deadline of August 2nd.

Back by popular demand! Come join BEWBC in a White Wine tasting and food pairing event on Friday, April 25 at 7:00 p.m.
We will be sampling Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Rose. These wines all come with fabulous food pairings, along with the fun company of your club members.
Dennis Campbell has graciously offered to host the event at his Edmonds home located at: 8007 Talbot Rd, Edmonds 98026. The cost of the event is $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers.
Seating is limited so you’re encouraged to reserve your seat right away. Deadline to sign up is April 22nd.

alumni commercial wines, PLUS some other commercial wines of our vineyard sources. The objective is to provide potential new club members with exposure to what are wines of BEWBC members & alumni/pros Please consider bringing a guest that is an interested potential member.
• You are encouraged to bring and enter a wine – one of your homemade wines OR a commercial wine of a club vineyard or alumni.
• There will be a prize and or “bragging rights” for bringing the winner 1st place homemade wine and 1st place commercial wine.
