Our theme for September is cider! While everyone is working on their grapes, we’ll talk about the other fresh fermentable Washington fruit, apples. And what better way to kick it off than to go to the Cider Summit in Seattle where you can taste a wide variety of ciders from all over the world. You can head to this, broaden your cider tasting background, and come to our normal meeting with some great experiences to talk about.
The club will use some of our meeting funds to help defray the cost of your ticket. If you are interested in going, shoot Mark Emiley a message (markemiley@ earthlink.net) and we’ll try to coordinate folks meeting up down there (and helping pay for your ticket).
