Come along with BEWBC on June 24th as we visit some of the premiere wineries where we procure our grapes. Ride along in comfort as we visit Portteus, Bonair, Kiona and Chandler Reach wineries. Trip includes coffee upon boarding, lunch and a boxed meal on the return. Tasting fees are not included ($10 per winery, waived with purchase).
This trip is open to current club members (and their family) as well as Boeing employees & retirees who are eligible for membership (so members, feel free to invite fellow employees who may be interested in beer or wine making). This event is not open to the general public.
Plan on boarding at either Lynnwood Transit Center (20100 48th Ave W, Lynnwood) at 8:00 a.m. on June 24th, or at Eastgate Park & Ride (14200 SE Eastgate Way, Bellevue) at 8:30 a.m. First stop Portteus Winery, then on to Bonair where lunch from Miz Dee's Barbeque will be served. Next stop will be Chandler Reach where we can enjoy their beautiful wine tasting room and gift shop. Last visit is Kiona before we board the bus for home where we will dine on our preselected meal. Estimated arrival at Eastgate P&R is 8:00 p.m.; Lynnwood P&R at 8:00 p.m.
